Shipping and Return
Australian Domestic Delivery Services
All orders received before ACST 12:00 noon will be sent on the same business day via a professional wine Courier. Shipping time to major Cities and metropolitan areas in Australia is 1-3 days from the date of shipment. There may be slight delays in rural and remote areas, but deliveries will average 3-10 days after shipment.
You will receive tracking information after the order is shipped. Please note that it usually takes 24 hours from shipment to enable tracking on the carrier's website.

Return Policy
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement.
By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or damaged. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error.
Please send an email to (Hello@firsthandvintners.com.au) to arrange for the return of corked or damaged product.
Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.
